Karen is a very talented interior designer and has been so helpful, we have gone back to her multiple times for our home design and furnishing needs!

I've purchased many pieces of furniture, accessories and two rugs from the Arhaus in Oakbrook, IL. Karen, the designer I worked with, understood what I was looking for and everything mixes perfectly into my transitional style. Delivery timing was as expected and without incident. Not just that but we had a little mishap and were so excited about all our new furniture we didn't catch one of the tables we wanted wasn't on the order. Jane missed it and so did we. It wasn't caught by us on 2 different occasions until after our delivery and the table was a no show, but Jane still made it up to us. She still gave us the sale price and has shipped the table out separately for us at no charge. Even though we all missed it, more than once. She made it up to us so we could have our table for our son's birthday. Every piece of furniture we have purchased for our new home has come from this store. If you catch a good sale the prices are very reasonable for what you are getting. We will be back I am sure.
